Creating Documents in LiveText
To create a document, begin by clicking on the Documents Tab.

Click "New..." to create a new document.

Under "Folder" select the type of document you will be creating.

Under "Template" select the template that is most appropriate for your document. This will sometimes be specified by your instructor.

Add a Title and Description of your document then click "Save as New Document."

Add pages to your document by clicking "Manage Pages."

Here you can add pages, make changes to them, as well as delete them. Click "New..." to create a new page.

Give your page a title.

Click on the page title to edit it.

Click "Create Section" to add a section to your page. Text & Image will be used most often.

Give your section a title.

Click on the section title to edit it.

Now fill in the information you want to have in your document. You can also add images and upload file attachments in this section if you wish.

Add more sections and pages until your assignment is complete. Click "Submit Assignment" to send it to your instructor if it is for a course.
