Resources include a large computer lab, smart-classrooms, wireless service, computer repair and software training. Our goal is to support the University's and SED's mission to promote excellence in teaching and learning, research and service.

Faculty & Staff Computer Repair - provided by SEDtech, a service of the School of Education
SEDtech is the School of Education's one-stop shop for all things related to computer hardware and AU Internet. If faculty or staff members have a problem with their computer, Internet, or e-mail, all they have to do is e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call SEDtech. You can expect a response within one working day (usually it is much less) and as timely a resolution as resources allow.SEDtech Personnel: Anton Pellegrini, part-time ITS technician
Software Training - provided by DLiT personnel
DLiT (Digital Learning and Instructional Technology) trains faculty and students how to use various software programs that facilitate learning marketable skills. Available software training includes Moodle, PowerPoint, EndNote, Excel, Word and LiveText.
