Welcome! The Teaching, Learning, & Curriculum Department offers teacher certification as well as undergraduate and graduate programs in education.

Our Teacher Preparation Program is accredited by the Michigan State Board of Education. Also, all of the degree and certification programs in the Department of Teaching, Learning, & Curriculum are accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). They are also approved by the North American Division Office of Education of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Michigan teaching credentials have reciprocity with a number of states and Canadian provinces.
