Competencies

- Spiritual and Theological Formation: to help participants integrate their spiritual and theological perspectives into the practice of ministry.
- Professional: to help participants learn to evaluate ministerial practices through theological reflection, form a biblical model of servant leadership, learn to use appropriate tools to analyze the needs of churches and communities, and develop competencies contributing to the strengthening of an Adventist practice of evangelism, mission, and ministry.
- Self-reflection: to help participants become aware of their strengths and limitations, realize the impact of self-awareness and self-understanding may have on ministry, and participate in cohorts that contribute to collegial relationships.
