How to Apply

How the application process works

All application forms, as well as other required items, must be completed and submitted online to our enrollment management office. We are no longer taking hard copy application forms. Only when everything has been submitted does the Office send your application packet to the department.  Once we receive your packet, we do an analysis of materials submitted to determine your eligibility for admission to the program you have selected.  If you are applying to the doctoral program, there is another step.  Your application is taken to the Doctoral Committee, which meets once a month.  For all programs, you will receive an official letter of acceptance or denial.

What application packet should you get?

A list of the programs and their corresponding application forms are provided. It is important to note that for each of these application forms, you will see two options when you go to the Applications Forms site.  The first option is for residents of the United States; the second option is for international students.  Be sure you fill out the correct form.
