How to Apply
How the application process works
You obtain an application packet by downloading it from the Andrews University web site or by requesting that a hard copy be mailed to you or by picking up a packet at the Graduate Admissions Office in the Administration Building.
All completed forms and other items required for the application should be sent to the Graduate Admissions Office. Only when everything has been submitted does the Office send your application packet to the Religious Education Program. Once we receive your packet, we (Religious Education faculty) do an analysis of materials submitted to determine your eligibility for admission to the program you have selected. If you are applying to the doctoral program, there is another step. Your application is taken to the Religious Education Doctoral Committee, which meets the first Thursday of most months. For all programs, you will receive an official letter of acceptance or denial.
For an application packet, go to http://www.andrews.edu/grad/admission/index.html There you can choose to download an application or request that an application be sent to you. Make sure that you download the correct application form.
What application packet should you get?
A list of the programs and the application form required for each is given below. It is important to note that for each of these application forms, you will see two options when you go to the Applications Forms site. The first option is for residents of the United States; the second option is for international students. Be sure you fill out the correct form.
