Online registration is not available for Monday test takers. Monday is the alternate paper-delivered test day for test takers who can’t test on Saturday due to religious convictions or duties as a member of the US armed forces.
- Complete the paper registration application.
- Fill in the space on the registration form for the corresponding Saturday test date. Print "Monday" on the line provided for the test center name and below that write the city and state of the test center.
- Submit a photocopy of your military orders or a letter of explanation signed by your cleric on your cleric’s letterhead. Include in the letter the name of the agency requiring you to take the test.
- Your registration form and documentation must be received at ETS by the registration closing dates.
NOTE: For students (such as those in the School Psychology program) who need to have their score reports submitted to Andrews University, the score recipient/school code is 1030. The test center code is 03489.
