All of the food made from Dining Services is 100% vegetarian. Along with this very important aspect of our cooking is our commitment to provide food to those who also have specific dietary requirements. There is a vegan entree served on our hot lines every meal, every day along with the many other choices for our vegan guests. Those who have a gluten intolerance can also find our "made-without-gluten" bread and cereal areas. "Made-without-gluten" hot line items are also served frequently.

We would like to stress the fact that we are only able to provide items "made-without-gluten" and not "gluten-free." We do our best to prevent cross-contamination of gluten items with "made-without-gluten" items, however if you have a serious allergy to gluten, please set up a meeting with our Executive Chef and General Manager to discuss your safe meal options before eating from our cafes.

For all menu items that may contain possible allergens, we name the specific allergen it contains (such as almonds, cashews, soy, etc.). In addition to naming allergen items that you may be wondering about we also use COR (Circle of Responsibility) Icons that label meal items as vegan, "made-without-gluten," for your well-being, etc. If you are wondering whether a food item has any allergens in it, please ask us before consuming.
