Here at Dining Services we not only care about our delicious recipes and wholesome ingredients, but we care a great deal about our customers health and nutritional wellbeing.

All of the food served at Dining Services is either vegetarian or vegan. We believe that by not serving meat we are offering the healthiest food possible to our guests. There are always fresh fruit and vegetables along with the normal hot meal items in order to provide a balanced diet to guests. We strictly follow the MyPlate Program from the USDA for the School Lunch program and hope that guests eating in our other dining areas will try to follow the healthy dietary guidelines they set. You can find their guide for nutrition at MyPlate.gov. For the Terrace Cafe, we allow guests to eat all they care to. By using moderation for food intake and a varied and balanced tray it can be a very nutritious and well-priced meal anytime you eat in the Terrace Cafe.
