Web
The IMC office creates and manages the external web presence for the University, assuring consistent navigation, quality, design and feel across the entire site (internal web processes are under the purview of ITS). We partner with indivdual departments who manage departmental sites on the university's Content Management System. Read more »
Photography
Event & stock photography, including bio photos, is produced and maintained at IMC, with an archive of nearly 40,000 photos. Studio photography for your website or brochure is also produced at IMC. Read more »
Media Relations
We will be happy to submit news from your department to local media as well as professional magazine and church media. To assure message consistency to the media, we request that any media contact be made through our office. Read more »
Publications
Among the publications produced at IMC are Focus magazine, the monthly on-campus newsletter Campus Connection, Andrews Facts sheet, the official Andrews University Visitor's Guide, and the dynamic online Andrews Agenda. To assure the accuracy of editorial content, IMC has developed an editorial style guide.
Other Services
- Campus Tours—Tours for prospective student visitors are coordinated through Enrollment Management Guest Services. All other tours are provided though IMC. Tours can be tailored to our visitor's interest, including the history of the campus, and last approximately 45 minutes.
- Flags—The inventory of international flags is stored at IMC. In addition to managing the flag mall display on ceremonial weekends on campus, the flags are available to borrow for your international event.
- Speakers—Andrews has a rich resources of scholars and experts who are willing and available to take speaking appointments for local events and church services. If you are a faculty and staff member who would like to be included check with our office.
- Displays—The Andrews University presence at on- and off-campus events provides excellent opportunities to reinforce the Andrews brand. Display backgrounds, Andrews tablecovers, and printed materials are available through IMC for your next event.
