Small Maintenance Requests

Submitting a Maintenance Request

For these types of inquiries, please e-mail web@andrews.edu. By doing so, your request is automatically entered as a ticket into our system. The web team is notified of your request and your request is prioritized for prompt attention. Clients who submit a web maintenance request will receive an automated e-mail confirmation. Please note that this applies to smaller support and maintenance requests.

In an effort to provide timely responses and improved completion of web maintenance tasks for our campus clients, a new electronic system is in place to process support requests.

Examples of such requests include:

  • a broken link
  • problems accessing the university’s content management system (CMS)
  • small changes to a website
  • other general web questions

Large or New Web Requests

For new projects or more complicated web requests, submit an inquiry to imc@andrews.edu or call Ian Roberts-Clarke, project manager, at 471-6031.

CMS Training

Please visit our collection of written documentation and video tutorials for the CMS.  If you're requiring additional assistance beyond these training resources, please contact the IMC Web Team (web@andrews.edu) to schedule a training session.

Other Technology Support

For support with technology needs other than the University website, such as computer problems, internet and telephone access, email activation, etc., please visit the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS).
