Client Services

Client Services is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department of Andrews University.  Client Services role is in supporting the use of computing devices by campus faculty, staff and students.

Specifically, Client Services operates and maintains both an on campus computer store and a service and support center for institutional personal computing devices. 

In addition, Client Services provides a retail computer store enviroment to meet the needs of campus students and provides a limited support capability to ensure students are able to connect to other campus resources available through the Andrews University Ethernet network.
