General
All faculty, staff, and registered students have an Andrews University user account. This account provides access to campus resources.
How do I create my Andrews University account?
If you have never activated your Andrews University account, go to https://www.andrews.edu/go/activate-username. You will need to know your Andrews University ID number along with the personal information you supplied Andrews University. This information includes your first and last names, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number (if you supplied it to us). Alternatively, you can activate your account by supplying a non-Andrews email address that we have on file for you.
I forgot the password to my User Account. How do I get a new password?
If you forgot your password, visit https://www.andrews.edu/go/password-reset. You will need your Andrews ID number and personal information or a non-Andrews email address to reset your password.
How do I forward my e-mail to an off-campus address?
Go to https://www.andrews.edu/go/managefwd. Login with your Andrews user name and password and update your email forwarding information.
ITS recommends that faculty and staff not forward their email to non-Andrews addresses due to the possibility of sensitive personal information being transmitted over insecure networks.
How do I change my password?
Changing your password is a simple process. Use a computer with an Internet connection and go to https://www.andrews.edu/go/changepassword and authenticate with your current username and password. Supply a new password following the rules on the webpage.
