Connecting to the Wireless network

Are you connected to the wireless?

If not, connect to the au-secure (SSID of our wireless network).

Is your wireless radio (transmitter) enabled?

If not, enable it.

You will need to register your computer. 

Open a web browser and go to http://netreg.andrews.edu and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you still cannot connect to the Internet

Bring your computer to the service counter located inside the ITS Computer Store to have a technician assist you in connecting to the wireless zone. If your computer has a hardware issue or is infected with a virus or spyware you will need to resolve these issues before a technician is able to properly connect you to the wireless zone.
