What We Do
We provide the telephone and cable TV service for the campus. We also serve as the primary point of contact for pagers and cellular phone service for university employees. Our staff installs and maintains the wiring for campus communication services and handles the rebilling of external communication services to departments and individuals. The campus cable TV system (ACES) is a joint operation of the Student Association and Telecommunications. The Student Association (through the ACES committee) is responsible for choosing programming, setting pricing, and other policy issues with Telecommunications providing the day to day operation, maintenance, and billing services.
