USB Dual-Range Force Sensor

Introduction

Physics Enterprises has developed a new force sensor that connects directly to your PC! Here is the summary of its features:

  • Direct connection to your PC via the USB.
  • Software to display static force values or data with graphs of dynamic forces.
  • Compatible with LabVIEW.
  • Two full-scale force ranges of ±10N and ±50N selectable from the PC.
  • Factory calibration on both scales - no calibration or adjustmens required.
  • A zero or tare function activated from the PC or using a button on the sensor.
  • Resolution and accuracy consistent with a 12-bit ADC.
  • Multiple sensors can be operated from the same PC.
  • Rugged student-friendly construction.
