Cost

Effective May 1, 2009, the Office of Academic Records reserves the right to charge for transcript requests made in excess of the allotted number allowed per month for each individual.  The individual will be contacted with the cost when the allotted number is exceeded.  The excess transcripts will only be processed once payment is made.

There is no fee for transcripts sent within the minimum 5-day preparation period. A special 24 hour preparation service is provided for a fee of $25 for one or more transcripts sent the same date to the same address. If express delivery is requested, the cost of this service will be added. Canter students pay a small fee for transcripts, and need to either call 1-800-471-6210 and choose option 1, or visit the Canter Resource Page online for transcript requests.
