Transcript Request
Effective May 1, 2009, the Office of Academic Records reserves the right to charge for transcript requests made in excess of the allotted number allowed per month for each individual. The individual will be contacted with the cost when the allotted number is exceeded. The excess transcripts will only be processed once payment is made.
Online Transcript Requests
Current students and alumni can now login using their Andrews username and password to order transcripts online. In order to request a transcript, you must have an active Andrews username and password.
Click on the following link to activate your username and password. A username and password can be activated if you know your ID number OR if you have previously supplied Andrews with an off-campus e-mail address. The second option will only work if we have this e-mail address on record.

Transcript Request Form
The Transcript Request Form is made available on the Internet in PDF format for alumni who DO NOT know their Andrews ID number and DO NOT have an off-campus e-mail address on file with Andrews. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you will need to download (one time) the free PDF viewer, and install it.
