On Thursday, September 11th 2008, Public Safety was contacted by a student who wanted to report that his book bag had been stolen. The victim report that the theft occurred at Burman Hall. The book bag was taken from the lobby area of Burman Hall, where the victim left it unattended. There were no witnesses or suspects in the theft.

Synopsis:
On Thursday, September 11th 2008, Public Safety Officer Panigot was contacted by a student who wanted to report that his skateboard had been stolen by unknown person(s). The theft occurred on Wednesday, September 10th 2008. The victim reported that he left his skateboard on the grass between Meier Hall and the softball field at around 20:00hrs. The skateboard is described as multi-colored on the bottom; light green, light yellow, light blue and light pink. The wheel axles (trucks) were grey in color and the wheels were white in color with the word "satori" written on the sides of them. The board is manufactured by a company named Chocolate. There were no witnesses or suspect in this theft.

Synopsis:
On Tuesday, September 9th 2008, Public Safety responded to the Garland Apartment Complex in reference to several juveniles fighting. Upon arrival, Officer Bindernagel identified the juveniles involved. There were no injuries. The matter was turned over to Berrien Springs Police Department.

Synopsis:
On Monday, September 8th 2008 at approx. 14:50 hrs, Public Safety was contacted by the victim who reported that unknown person(s) had damaged his vehicle. The victim’s vehicle, a 2000 Subaru, was parked in the overflow parking area at Beechwood Apartments during the time that it was damaged. The victim’s vehicle sustained a large scratch and a dent to the passenger’s side of the vehicle’s hood. There were no witnesses or suspects in this incident.

Synopsis:
On Monday, September 8th 2008 at approx. 09:50 hrs, Public Safety was contacted by the victim who reported that an unknown person(s) had stolen her bicycle. The bicycle was taken from a bike storage room at the Garland Apartment Complex; the bike was not locked at the time of the theft. The victim reported that she discovered the theft at approx. 09:30 hrs on 9/8/08. The stolen bicycle is described as a mountain bike valued at approx $95.00. There were no witnesses to this theft.
