Synopsis:
On Thursday, September 16th 2008 at approx. 19:14hrs, Public Safety was contacted by the victim, a juvenile female who reported that she had been assaulted by a juvenile male. During the course of the investigation it was determined that this incident was the result of two juveniles who were involved in a disagreement. The matter was turned over to Berrien Springs Oronoko Township Police Department for final disposition.
