Synopsis:
On Saturday, Dec 13th 2008 at approx. 21:53 hrs., Public Safety Officer Panigot responded to Meier Hall on the report that a resident’s room had been burglarized. The victim reported that he left his room on 12/12/08 and returned on this date and discovered that some unknown person had stolen approx $1,300.00 worth of property from the room. The victim reported that he had left the room locked. Upon investigation there were no signs of forced entry into the room. Berrien Springs Police Dept., responded and the room was processed as a crime scene. The investigation is ongoing.

Synopsis:
On Thursday, December 18th 2008, at approx. 22:29hrs., Public Safety Officer Painter responded to Burman Hall on the report of a burglary. The victim reported that he had left his room at 18:35hrs. and when he returned at 21:45hrs., he discovered that someone had stolen his laptop computer. The victim stated that he believed that the room was locked at the time of the theft. The case was forwarded to Berrien Springs Police Dept. for follow-up investigation.
