 *** International Student Orientation Requirements:  If you are a new international freshman student, you must attend the Wednesday Immigration Guidelines Session along with all other New Student Orientation events listed above.  If you are transferring from a college or university outside of the United States, you are required to attend the a New International Student Orientation for transfer and graduate students on Monday and Tuesday, August 18-19, which will include its own Immigration Guidelines session.  Please contact the International Student Services office for a schedule of events.  Undergraduate transfer students are also welcome to attend other main New Student Orientation events listed above from Wednesday to Sunday.  Please note:  the Immigration Guidelines session is required by United States law of all new international undergraduates.  The International Student Services office will not be able to activate you in the SEVIS until you attend this session.

 ** Student Life and Success Requirements: All first-year students are required to attend the Student Life and Student Success Assembly sessions, at least one Student Success Seminar, and one Library Introduction.  Transfer students are also encouraged to attend, and will find the Transfer Student Seminar especially geared to their transitional needs.

*** Community Students and the Residenc Hall Retreats:  Comunity students are invited to attend the Men's and Women's Retreats on Sabbath.  If you plan to attend your respective retreate, you need to sign up at the Community Life Orientation Session on Monday at 8:00 p.m.
