Biography:
Kim Coleman-Ferreira is the DPT program Assistant Director and Director of Clinical Education in the Physical Therapy Department at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan. She joined the faculty in June 2006.
Born in Dover, Delaware, Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997 and a Masters of Physical Therapy in 1998. Currently she is pursuing her PhD at Nova Southeastern University and her research is focused on Clinical Education. She also has an interest in Women's Health . She has presented nationally on Cultural Diversity in a Physical Therapy Program, Clinical Education, and Women's Health. Kim is a member of the APTA, the Education Section and the Section on Women's Health. She is also involved in the state and local Clinical Education Consortia.
She is married to Kevin Ferreira and has two children, Seth and Madalyn.
