Welcome to my Portfolio!

This portfolio was develop in partial fulfillment of the  requirements for the Ph.D. in Leadership at Andrews University. 

The portfolio is based on twenty different competency areas which were developed by the Department of Educational Administration and Leadership.   In order to reach competency in each area, the element must be approved by my regional group of peer Ph.D. students and my faculty leadership committee.  An oral defense of the competencies is required at the conclusion of the program.

As you journey through the portfolio you will view different elements:

1. A description of the competency.

2. My goal for reaching competency in the area.

3. The training and experiences I had already accomplished prior to being admitted into the Ph.D. program.

4. A proposal to accomplish different courses and work-related activities which will help develop competence in the area.

5. Portfolio Documentation demonstrating the level of competence I have attained in each of the twenty areas.
