Kathleen Rosafern Calkins              does not exist.

         Terri selected the name Kathleen Rose even before she was
         married.  Kathleen is her mother's
         first name and Rose was a name my mother liked.  Rose is also
         a nice neighbor lady, but Terri didn't know her until she
         dated Keith.  However, Keith wanted another family
         name included and the most obvious one was Fern.  His maternal
         grandmother went by Fern all of her life (it was her second
         middle name) and Keith's mother's name was LaFern.
         In addition, Terri's paternal grandmother's middle name
         was Fern, so there was a strong case for including it.  Well,
         Rose Fern didn't sound so well so it became Rosafern.  Keith
         would call me Katie (or KT--that's their initials) and Terri
         would call me Katie Rose.
