3.   Also wrote of systematic errors but expected two orders of magnitude increased precision.

4. 1997 Chu awarded Nobel Prize with Claude Cohen-Tannoudji and William Phillips for development of methods to cool and trap atoms with laser light.

5.   Chu, et al in 2002 wrote of 3 ppb statistical error.

6.   Seemed to have 7 ppb systematic error, however.
