Welcome to a workshop entitled Creating and Teaching an Online Course

Over the next seven sessions we will be working with the following objectives in mind:
  1. Conceiving and designing a course for Online delivery.
  2. Creating a syllabus and establishing the sequence and pace of learning materials for the World Wide Web.
  3. Writing in a style that is suitable for online educational delivery.
  4. Identifying and using various resources (hardware/software) and strategies for creating effective lecture materials for the Web.
  5. Identifying and using various strategies for assessing student progress in a web-based course.
