Welcome to a workshop entitled Creating and Teaching an Online Course
Over the next seven sessions we will be working with the following
objectives in mind:
- Conceiving and designing a course
for Online delivery.
- Creating a syllabus and
establishing the sequence and pace of learning materials for the World Wide
Web.
- Writing in a style that is
suitable for online educational delivery.
- Identifying and using various
resources (hardware/software) and strategies for creating effective lecture
materials for the Web.
- Identifying and using various
strategies for assessing student progress in a web-based course.
