The purpose of the office hours is to give students an opportunity to ask questions about the material covered in the text and in the lectures. Students are expected to make a serious effort to read the text material and to review the lectures before coming with questions to the office hour.  Please come with specific well-prepared questions.

Description:

Solution of first and second order partial differential equations

 

Attendances:

1.      Attendance at each class meeting is required.

2.      Work (homework, test, etc) not handed in on time due to an unexcused

      absence will earn a zero.

3.      It is your responsibility to bring all information given in class during your absence.

4.      Too many absences of any kind may lead to a failing grade. Read carefully the attendance policy on p.19 of the undergraduate bulletin.

5.      Work missed due to an excused absence must be made up within 3 school days after return to class unless special arrangements are made with me.

 

 

 

Homeworks:

1.      Each assignment is due at the beginning of the next class day.

2.      If you are absent, bring your homework with you the next time you attended class along with an excuse from the proper authority.

3.      Solutions lacking neatness and/or proper evidence will be discounted at the teacher’s discretion.

 

 

 

Tests

1.      There will be several tests and a comprehensive final exam.

2.      Make up will not be given without an excuse from the proper authority
