The Shine of Two Lives

The sun rises.
The sun sets.
Still shedding its light, the sun sines from the moon in
ways more beautiful, yet different!

The mother births.
The mother dies.
Still shining that life, the daughter reflects the mother in
ways more beautiful, yet different!

their Spirits warm like the pine fires
blazing beautifully winter's bite
begone
their Minds sharp like the pre winter lake water
washing wetly over slow feet from waves
crashing
their Grace stately as the deer
framed fragile on winter's snow through frosted
windows
their Souls tranquil as the breathless lake
reflecting rippleless hued auburn rosy
sunset

Oh, Mother!
Your Daughter!
I miss you!
Yet just as you, so will I, a mother's life
immortal make, as I
shine two lives, reflecting thus, the
endless love, both of us have made.
