Instructions:

Cases 1-5 are your choices for the group case presentations.  Choice of a case is on a first-come, first serve basis.  Those who choose first will be scheduled first as well.  Once you have formed a group, inform the instructor of your group members and preference of case.

In addition to choosing a case, each student is expected to read the all the cases that the other groups in the class will present. These must be read  prior to presentation in class. Submit a one-page summary that includes an identification of central issues in each case prior to the class presentation.  This will help enable better class discussion following each presentation.  These one-page summaries may be submitted electronically as an e-mail attachment.  All summaries may be submitted as a single document. Follow APA format.

Case 2.  "Service Excellence in the Travel Industry:  Singapore Airlines"

Case 3.  "An American Manager in an Australian Company"

Case 4.  "A British Engineer in a Caribbean Bauxite Company"

Case 5.  "Kennedy Family Foods: Working for an Old Family Firm"
