This web site was created as a resource for youth ministers. This is a result of two independant studies done at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, in Berrien Springs Michigan, it is for sharing with anyone who needs it.

Youth workers, pastors, ministers, or students of Youth Ministries! The Cross Training program is an intentional discipleship program for the local church or youth group.
The Spiritual Master Plan is for Christian Youth camps that are looking for a good program to keep their camp on track for Christ. More items will be added as the research is completed.
