          T H E   M I N I S T R Y :

        • Deliver weekly Sabbath School lessons to families with
          children / youth:

            in cradle roll - kindergarten age = Our Little Friend
            children grades 1 - 4 = Primary Treasure
            youth grades 5 - 8 ( ages 10 - 14) = Guide

          T H E   P R O C E S S :

        • Week 1 - 4 - to get acquatnted with children / youth and family
          give them the Sabbath School lessons according to their age

          NOTE: the following may not be applicable in areas / countries,
          where suggested materials and programs are not available.
          However, you may substitute other items or programs you do have!

        • at week 5 - introduce Your Story Hour
          [ = provide the information for time and radio station as a bookmark ]

        • at week 6 - ask the children / parents if they had a chance to listen to
          Your Story Hour and how they liked them

        • at week 8 - introduce Clubhouse Magazine
          [ = by Your Story Hour => show them a copy ]

        • at week 12 - introduce the Adventurer, Pathfinders, and Youth programs
          of your church and what they do
          => give them this information with a flyer or as a bookmark
          [ = ask your Pathfinder leaders how many you can invite ]

        • at week 15 - invite parents and children to special programs and outings

        • at week 18 - invite them to Sabbath School

        • at week 24 - encourage the parents to read Dr. Habenicht's book
          How to Help your Child really Love Jesus... and later Ellen G. White books

          by Chip Ingram. [ = nine video sessions on parenting - excellent! ]

          H O W   TO   B E G I N :

        • Find a friend with similar interests, maybe another one or even two:

          REASON: the other persons can substitute if you have other appointments
          to attend, this way, two of you are still able to make a weekly visit!

        • How to find families with children? Try this:

          Hi, I am Jill (your name) and this is my friend Irene (his or her name).
          We would like to share the love of Jesus with children in this neighborhood
          by bringing them a weekly magazine [ = show them! ]:

            up to Kindergarten = Our Little Friend
            for children up to grades 1 - 4 = Primary Treasure and the
            Guide   = for youth grades 5 - 8 ( ages 10 - 14)

          Would you like to try one or two of these magazines for a few weeks?
          NOTE: be sure you don't duplicated, and bring the same magazine
          again!
