S5 Elog Data Quality Flags

Operators and SciMons frequently record events and conditions in the elogs (Hanford, Livingston) that have a bearing on detector performance and data quality. The purpose of this project is to develop a webform where data quality "flags" can be entered. Searches may also be performed on the list of stored flags based on event type, time, location etc. and the search results output in various formats. As an initial study, approximately 2 months of elogs were analyzed and flags entered by hand. A list of these flags may be found in various formats in the table below.
