Skills Training: When you employ a Gateway client, the services of our staff are available to help you train your new employee. Only after your new employee demonstrates appropriate skills, do we decrease our coaching time. Job Readiness: We are also available to reinforce appropriate habits such as promptness, dependability, following instructions, interaction with customers and co-workers and more. Job Analysis: Before we send an applicant to you we will have conducted a free Job Analysis to ensure the qualifications of the person we’re referred. You’ll receive a copy of the analysis. Information & Consultation: Gateway may assist you in obtaining information regarding tax incentives and wage reimbursements. We can also help you with understanding governmental regulations affecting employment practices and costs.
