The Enrollment Packet is prepared in the Spring with forms for the upcoming school year. These packets will be available at the Academy office. Please remember that ONLY completed packets will be accepted. ** As you turn in your completed packet, you will be able to choose your locker for next school year.**
The first payment for the school year (1/10th of the total tuition charge) is due on August 3, 2020. Parents who need to make special financial arrangements should email the Student Accounts Business Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment to discuss finances.
This form must be returned with your completed packets.

1. Please go to https://factsmgt.com/
2. Select Parent Log in.
3. Select FACTS Family Portal.
4. Enter AN-MI into the District Code field.
5. Enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
6. After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
7. Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
(Please note: You will need to use a computer to access the online enrollment packet. Mobile devices can be used to log into FACTS; however, the enrollment function will not work.)
