Andrews is a place where students can explore their future in order to better understand and pursue God’s plans for their lives.
This can and does happen through the university courses our students take, perhaps as early as during their high school years, and continues through graduate and post-graduate education. It happens inside and outside of university classrooms around the world and even sometimes in front of a computer screen through distance education courses.
It is further refined by mentors and advisors, teachers and friends who work alongside each student to guide in the process of the discovery and articulation of God’s calling for that student’s life, and through the choice of studies, degrees and career plans that best fulfill that calling.
Seeking to offer them the continued training and clarity they need to pursue God’s calling for their lives.
For our undergraduate students who may be undecided about that life calling, a new Explore Andrews program for undergraduate students provides a supportive first-year experience. Advisors will help carefully guide and fully define a student’s life direction and the choices that student should ultimately make for a successful career, and the major and degree that might serve as that career’s foundation.
A student’s journey with Andrews can begin through distance education courses taken during high school years (or later during university years) and continue through an undergraduate degree. It can be supplemented through master’s and doctoral degree studies in our School of Graduate Studies & Research both in Berrien Springs and around the world. Wherever life takes students, Andrews University seeks to offer them the continued training and clarity they need to pursue God’s calling for their lives.
