- Assist undergrad pre-PT students in course selection
- Assist doctoral students in course selection and application process

Duties and responsibilities
- Administrative support to the PT admissions director
- Assist students and parents regarding the Physical Therapy program requirements – undergraduate and graduate
- Counsel and advise students for schedules and registration, including incoming Freshmen
- Evaluate transcripts for prerequisite course fulfillment
- Monitor completion of non-academic requirements
- Collaborate with professors for DPT interviews
- Process and monitor DPT applications and confirmation deposits
- Assist with pre-PT assemblies
- Assist with preview and promotional events
- Assist in training new employees
- Follow up with prospective grad and undergrad students
Supervisory responsibilities
Assists the PT admissions director in supervising and assigning tasks to student worker
Qualifications

Technical competencies
- High level of detail work evaluating student transcripts

- Able to create and maintain multi-sheet MS Excel spreadsheets
- Able to create and work with MS Word merge documents
- Able to navigate and maintain MS Access databases
- Able to navigate and create templates, disstribution lists, and documents in MS Outlook
Interpersonal interactions
