Technical competencies


  1. High level of detail work evaluating student transcripts

  2. Outstanding communication skills demonstrating mastery of spoken and written English

  3. Able to create and maintain multi-sheet MS Excel spreadsheets

  4. Able to create and work with MS Word merge documents

  5. Able to navigate and maintain MS Access databases

  6. Able to navigate and create templates, disstribution lists, and documents in MS Outlook

Physical demands

Must be able to work seated while talking on the phone or sitting at computer during entire shift.
