Position summary
The Graduate Student Assistant position covers a broad area of responsibilities. This dynamic working environment will require that the assistant be able to multi-task between secretarial activities and major projects relating to prospective graduate students. The position requires that the student be comfortable with communicating and relating to people

- Software skills - ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite
Duties and responsibilities
- Phone triage, customer service phone calls, mailing, email management, scheduling, data entry and other duties
- Answers phone and is able to provide a friendly voice to assist prospective students with questions, concern and requests
- Other enrollment projects may be assigned

- Be able to work 20 hours a week and willing to participate and assist in weekend projects as needed
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or other languages is preferred
