Position summary

A developer is needed to create and update eBooks with Scribe software and tools while assisting with book production and other related tasks. 

Qualifications summary

Applicant must have skills in the preparation of eBooks, an interest in biblical scholarship, and the desire to assist with various stages of book production.

Prepare eBooks using Scribe software and tools while also assisting with other aspects of book production.

Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail, with patience in  desire for accuracy


• Knowledge of software languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL)


• Skills in the use of Adobe InDesign


• Adaptable and able to quickly pick up new techniques


• Possessing analytical skills and creativity to solve problems


• Ability to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team

Technical competencies

Basic skills in the use of Adobe InDesign and knowledge of software languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL).

Interpersonal interactions

Must be able to work collegially in an office setting with other immediate associates
