Position summary
- Administrative support to the Clinical Education Assistant.
- Update various databases: high degree of accuracy is required
- Photocopies and prepares clinical packets
- Communicates via email, phone, fax on behalf of Clinical Education Assistant
- Create/Update Excel and Word documents
- Assist students when necessary
- Maintain student files, assessments, and database
- Maintain/update bulletin Board
- Assist in training new employees

Qualifications
• Basic office skills
• MS Access, Excel, and Word
• Typing test
Technical competencies
Able to maintain multi-sheet spreadsheets and word documents.
Able to maintain databases that are specific to the Clinical Education Department.
Interpersonal interactions
Must be comfortable interacting with staff, faculty, and students. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Must be dependable and work hours that have been agreed upon.
