Technical competencies

Must possess excellent skills in interpersonal communication, oral and written English, Microsoft Office software and internet applications. A strong sense of time management is essential. Experience creating and editing videos is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Able to read and interpret numeric and alpha data sources.  Able to write emails and edit scripts in good English.  Articulate and pleasant oral communication in clearly understandable English required. 

REASONING SKILLS

Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Interpersonal interactions

Must be comfortable interacting with team members as well as those being videod, to create a calm, low-stress video work environment.  Must be able to ask for help when needed.

Work environment

Working in the SDEIP student service center, the noise level may be moderate at times, with multiple stimuli requiring the ability to focus with distractions around. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
