Position summary

Graduate Assistant needed to provide support to the Graduate Service Coordinator in the School of Education in preparing reports in Excel.

 

 

Qualifications summary

This position will require an individual with a keen eye for detail, analytical with strong computer skills specifically in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Access.

Duties and responsibilities

Preparing reports in Excel, uniforming data as needed under the supervision of the Graduate Service Coordinator. Organizing tables in Excel and copying into the Microsoft Word.  Helping with updating forms in Adobe Acrobat and assisting with write ups.

Qualifications

English language proficiency, analytical, practical, reliable, and good knowledge of Microsoft Software Suite.
