Assists the International Education Manager in the transcript evaluation process of international and domestic documents.

Duties and responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the various international grading systems and transcripts, including the Adventist system and the accreditation details involved in Adventist Accreditation Association.
- Assists with transcript evaluations, both domestic and international.
- Enter transcripts into Recruit and Banner.
- Submits transcripts to external evaluators.
- Assists with analysis of domestic and international grading systems.
- Tracks and files processed transcripts.
- Assists International Education Manager with other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Committed to customer service with prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintains attention to detail, confidentiality of documents, and a cooperative relationship with other departments.
- Is able to perform efficiently in a fast-based environment.
- Is proficient or becomes proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Banner, Recruit and iVue computer systems.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous experience in enrollment office settings and with admissions and international student admissions processes preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Spanish proficiency highly preferred.
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures.
- Able to write reports, emails and other correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Technical competencies
- Able to use effectively and efficiently the basic Microsoft suite, in particular, Excel, as well as able to quickly learn and use the CRM - Recruit and relative interactions within Banner.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally by phone and email.
Interpersonal interactions
- Has respect for diversity.
- Has excellent customer service skills with all constituencies including prospective students, the Enrollment team, student workers and people from academic and support departments across campus.
