Position summary
- Administrative support to the Admissions Director
- Assist students and parents regarding the Physical Therapy programs requirements – undergraduate and graduate
- Counsel and advise students for schedules and registration, including incoming Freshmen
- Evaluate transcripts for prerequisite course fulfillment
- Monitor completion of non-academic requirements
- Process and monitor DPT applications and confirmation deposits
- Assist with pre-PT assemblies
- Assist with preview and promotional events

- Outstanding communication skills demonstrating mastery of spoken and written English
- Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases
- Able to focus and learn quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prodigious attention to detail
- Would prefer availability for 2 full academic years
- Commitment to respect the scheduled work hours
- Conforms to the University's standards of dress
Duties and responsibilities
- Administrative support to the Director of Admissions.
- Update various databases: high degree of accuracy is required
- Communicates via email and phone, on behalf of Director of Admissions
- Create/Update Excel and Word documents
- Assist students when necessary
- Maintain student files, assessments, and database
- Assist in training new employees
