Position summary
The enrollment officer will manage recruitment, enrollment and survey data.
Qualifications summary
This position requires strong leadership, planning and organizational skills, and technical competencies (outlined below). To provide excellent customer service, the applicant must also have good verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, there may be times that duties performed may be sensitive and confidential in nature, thus the utmost confidentiality will be required.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage digital and paper records, and communication templates
- Communicate with Griggs International Academy applicants and prospective students by e-mail, letter and phone calls
- Process enrollment documents
- Counsel prospective students regarding academic services and financial options
- Assist in implementing the communication plan for Griggs International Academy applicants and prospective students
- Follow up with prospective students and online inquiries
- Assist with recruiting and marketing initiatives
- Manage and assess data from school surveys
- Assist at the front desk as needed
- Report student needs and concerns to administration/K12 committee
- Other duties as assigned by Student Services Director and administration
Supervisory responsibilities
None
Qualifications
Experience with Seventh-day Adventist education. College degree preferred.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
