Duties and responsibilities
- Social media management including daily posts
- Website management including regular updates
- Gathering benchmark information and creating reports as directed
- Interact with and gather information and pictures from the students, staff and faculty for the purposes of social media and website updates
- Create/Update Excel and Word documents
- Assisting the Chair in other administrative tasks as requested

- Social media and website management experience
- Mastery of spoken and written English
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Self-directed and willing to problem solve independently
- Excellent attention to detail
Technical competencies
- Basic office skills
- MS Access, Excel, and Word
- Proficient in searching the internet for desired information
- Proficient in social media management
- Experience with website management or ability to learn the website management system quickly
Interpersonal interactions
Must be comfortable interacting with staff, faculty, and students for the purposes of obtaining pictures and information to post in social media and on the web page. Must be dependable.
Physical demands
Must be able to work on a computer and with cameras.
Work environment
Office, outside as needed for pictures
