Position summary
The
Student Chaplain of Discipleship strives to develop engaging Bible study and Outreach initiatives for Andrews University’s student body. This will include building a systematic approach to collecting and responding to Bible study requests as well as connecting students with community organizations where they can volunteer their spiritual gifts to support local humanitarian efforts.

Must be a student at Andrews University.
Duties and responsibilities
The
Student Chaplain of Discipleship should be available a minimum of 10 hours a week to regularly meet with the lead Chaplain and facilitate the objectives assigned for completion.

Qualifications
- Should have leadership experience
- Should be comfortable with building and leading a team
- Should have a desire to further the Faith Development vision of Campus Ministries
- Should enjoy working with people in a structured environment
- Should possess networking skills
- Should have training in the area of evangelism and Bible work
- Should be comfortable with building and maintaining positive relationships with other organizations.
- Should exhibit high-level abilities in the area of interpersonal communications
- Should be internally driven
- Should possess project-management skills
