Position summary

General reception duties. Greets and answers phone, provides a friendly voice to assist prospective students and academic programs with questions, concern and requests. Support the Enrollment Office and the School of Graduate Studies in various events.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist Graduate Enrollment Coordinators in diverse enrollment tasks, including the analysis of documents and student applications.


• Customer service oriented: friendly, personable, great phone and people skills.


• Other enrollment projects as assigned.

Physical demands

• Regularly: Sit, talk, hear and use hands to work with the computer keyboard.

Work environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
