Position summary
Under the guidance of the International Education Manager, assists in the admissions process of international students.

Duties and responsibilities
- Becomes familiar with the various international and domestic educational systems.
- Completes transcript evaluations, both domestic and international.
- Contacts prospective students, campus personnel and representatives from academic institutions via email or phone.
- Assists with administrative work as needed; this may include maintaining spreadsheets; filing documents and copying or scanning documents.
- Assists with analysis of international grading systems.
- Must be a team player, customer-service driven, possess a strong work ethic and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Assists International Education Manager with other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in enrollment office settings and with admissions and international student admissions processes preferred.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Technical competencies
Able to use effectively and efficiently the basic Microsoft suite, particularly Excel, as well as able to quickly learn and use the CRM - Recruit and relative interactions within Banner. Able to communicate effectively and professionally by phone and email.
Interpersonal interactions
Able to work effectively with excellent customer service skills with all constituencies include prospective students and their parents, student workers, the Enrollment team, and people from academic and support departments across campus.
