Position summary
This student will assist in data collection, analysis, and report preparation to inform decisions to improve internal policy, procedure, and services for dual enrollment, undergraduate and graduate online degree and guest students.

Duties and responsibilities
- Access data from multiple sources, using a variety of tools to review or reformulate to answer research questions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and writing reports including appropriate graphs and tables to clearly communicate research findings.
- Help with any other online student service tasks such as online proctoring and web page editing.
Supervisory responsibilities
Training new student workers or assistants on large projects.
Qualifications
- Enjoyed classes in academic writing and research methods, and completed both with excellent grades.
- Willing to commit to working at least two years in this position.
Technical competencies
Preferably have experience using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SPSS, Dedoose, Google Analytics and emerging tools to organize, analyze and communiate data meaningfully.
Interpersonal interactions
Must be comfortable interacting with students in a mentoring or problem solving role, with faculty and staff in a supporting role, and individually in a focused way to meet task deadlines.
